UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. Pets are allowed ONLY in
designated cabins. This is a GUARANTEED
NO SHOW Reservation. Your credit card will
be charged 1 nights stay, balance will be charged
at check-in. $50 CASH SECURITY/RULES DEPOSIT IS
REQUIRED FOR ALL CABINS and will be collected
at check-in. Cancellations must be made 7 days
in advance of your arrival. Reservations are for
1-2 persons/1 vehicle. Extra persons will be charged
upon arrival. Our policy is 1 site/1 vehicle.
Bring at least towels & bedding for all rental
units, and cabins 3-8 cooking and eating items.
Your Security/Rules deposit will be returned 14
days after departure. Failure to follow rules,
visitors and guest’s non-payment, and late
departures are some reasons for deposit forfeiture.
Check- in time is after
4 PM; Check-out is before 11 AM. You
must arrive before 10 PM. Reschedules are
allowed, if made 7 days prior to arrival, there
will be a $25 administrative fee. Reservations
made more than 60 days in advance may be canceled
if a written cancellation notice is received 60
days prior to your original scheduled arrival
date. All reservations canceled
in this manner will be charged a $25 administrative
fee.
